Service Description
This 6‑week course takes place in a secure field and is designed to give your puppy the essential life skills they need as they grow. Classes are kept small so each session can be tailored to your puppy’s individual needs, helping you build clear communication and confidence from the very start. We’ll focus on practical, everyday behaviours including recall, loose‑lead walking, sit/stays and simple self‑control exercises. Everything is taught through fun, positive, game‑based training in small, supportive groups, helping your puppy develop trust, focus and the foundations for great future behaviour and training. You’ll also get follow‑up notes and videos of every exercise, so you always know exactly what to practise between classes.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Course Booking: All courses must be booked and fully paid for in advance to secure your spot. Confirmation: Courses will be conducted at the time and location specified in the confirmation letter or WhatsApp group for advanced gundog groups. Refunds & Transfers Non-Refundable Courses: Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances at the discretion of Train dogs together. Alternative Arrangements: If it is deemed inappropriate for your dog to attend a course, an alternative will be offered, or a refund will be provided. Cancellations Business Cancellations: If the business cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or refund will be arranged. One-to-One Lessons Non-Refundable Lessons: One-to-one lessons are non-refundable. Rearrangements: Lessons can be rearranged up to twice, provided at least 48 hours notice is given. Missed Lessons: If less than 48 hours notice is given, or if you fail to show up or postpone more than twice, no refund or replacement lesson will be offered. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all participants and to maintain the quality of our courses and services.
