Service Description
My 12-week puppy course is designed to give you real-life results, not just “classroom” obedience. Over 6 fortnightly sessions, you’ll build skills step by step without feeling overwhelmed, with small class sizes so I can support you and your puppy properly. Each session follows a clear theme to keep learning practical and engaging. We cover different types of play such as retrieving and “find it” games, alongside essential life skills like recall, loose lead walking, settling in the home and self-control. Confidence-building behaviours such as spin, twist, touch and middle are also taught - giving your puppy positive outlets for their energy while strengthening your connection. You’re not left on your own between sessions. You’ll have access to a WhatsApp support group for guidance and questions, plus follow-up notes and videos of each activity so you always know what to practise. This is about creating a puppy who can focus, settle and respond in everyday life, not just in class.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Course Booking: All courses must be booked and fully paid for in advance to secure your spot. Confirmation: Courses will be conducted at the time and location specified in the confirmation letter or WhatsApp group for advanced gundog groups. Refunds & Transfers Non-Refundable Courses: Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances at the discretion of Train dogs together. Alternative Arrangements: If it is deemed inappropriate for your dog to attend a course, an alternative will be offered, or a refund will be provided. Cancellations Business Cancellations: If the business cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or refund will be arranged. One-to-One Lessons Non-Refundable Lessons: One-to-one lessons are non-refundable. Rearrangements: Lessons can be rearranged up to twice, provided at least 48 hours notice is given. Missed Lessons: If less than 48 hours notice is given, or if you fail to show up or postpone more than twice, no refund or replacement lesson will be offered. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all participants and to maintain the quality of our courses and services.
