Service Description
In One-to-One sessions, we'll focus on your specific concerns and work together to find the best way forward with your training - whether you're starting fresh or just need a little boost. These sessions can take place in a secure field or out and about, and while one session might not solve everything, theyโre a great step toward lasting progress. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Course Booking: All courses must be booked and fully paid for in advance to secure your spot. Confirmation: Courses will be conducted at the time and location specified in the confirmation letter or WhatsApp group for advanced gundog groups. Refunds & Transfers Non-Refundable Courses: Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances at the discretion of Train dogs together. Alternative Arrangements: If it is deemed inappropriate for your dog to attend a course, an alternative will be offered, or a refund will be provided. Cancellations Business Cancellations: If the business cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or refund will be arranged. One-to-One Lessons Non-Refundable Lessons: One-to-one lessons are non-refundable. Rearrangements: Lessons can be rearranged up to twice, provided at least 48 hours notice is given. Missed Lessons: If less than 48 hours notice is given, or if you fail to show up or postpone more than twice, no refund or replacement lesson will be offered. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all participants and to maintain the quality of our courses and services.
